Anti-spyware helpline
The anti-spyware helpdesk provides confidential, expert guidance to CSOs and CBOs facing digital security risks such as hacking, phishing, malware infections, compromised accounts or surveillance risks. Our team will guide you and, when needed, provide incident response support. Maintain your organisation’s integrity and safety with our professional support at no cost.
Anti-trolling helpline
The helpline supports CBOs and CSOs to investigate and expose online trolling, especially when it targets vulnerable groups such as women, youth, LGBTQI+ people, refugees and people with disabilities.
Reports help us assess harms and provide the right support, including escalation where necessary. All information is kept confidential.
Debunk helpline
Claims shared through our WhatsApp tipline are verified by our in-house fact-checking team at PesaCheck. PesaCheck is an accredited member of the International Fact-Checking Network ( IFCN ) and adheres to a strict ethical code.
